We had a lot of PRs going up with errors and bugs. The fix was one Claude plugin: a backpack of tools and rules Claude loads every session.
Now when anyone on the team commits, the plugin kicks in, verifies and checks everything works as intended, and only then does the PR go to GitHub.
Plugins are guardrails. They make sure your implementation is correct before anyone else has to review it.
